London and Southeast Master Classes.
On Monday 6 September 2010 we will be running our first regional event for London and the Southeast in the form of a Master Class.  The event will be at the Room H216 Connaught House, London School of Economics, Aldwych, London WC2A 2AE commencing at 13.30 for a 14.00 start, finishing at 17.00. At this first event we will be looking at theories of crime and fraud, PACE refresher and update, and someone speaking on their area of counter fraud work.  However, we hope that if you attend you will tell us what you the members want - training topics, frequency of meeting, length of meeting, location etc.  The Executive Committee is already looking into how the Institute can supply Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
 
The event is free, so in current the economic climate your employer will hopefully be supportive of you attending.  We are really determined to make these events work and provide top class training and support, but the key to success is your support.

ICFS 2011 AGM & Conference
The Institute of Counter Fraud Specialists 2011 Annual General Meeting & Conference will take place on Wednesday 18th May 2011 at the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, Waterloo, London , SE1 8UJ.
